Custom Made-to-Order Products: All of our embroidered apparel is custom-made specifically for you. Because each item is personalized to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges except in cases where we have made an error in production.
If we make an error with your order—whether it's incorrect embroidery, wrong colors, misspelled text, or a defect in our workmanship—we will gladly replace your item at no additional cost or provide a full refund. Your satisfaction is important to us.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if they haven't entered production. Once your custom embroidery work has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at support@wearitfancy.com if you need to cancel an order.
In cases where a refund is warranted due to our error or a pre-production cancellation:
